WHEELING - An entire section of Interstate 70 had to be shutdown Thursday evening as U.S. Marshals and West Virginia State Police searched the area near Two Mile Hill looking for a man who was wanted for attempted murder.
Jason Jones, 25, of Fairmont was arrested Thursday night after they found him inside his car in the eastbound Lanes of the interstate. According to reports Jones is wanted out of Marion County.
Jones has been on the run since October. He is being held in the Northern Regional Jail without bond and will be arraigned on Friday morning in Marshall County. Jones has been on the run from U.S. Marshals since October.
