Suspect Is Named In Wetzel County Man's Death

Marshall County, West Virginia - Yoho was found dead a few weeks ago in a rural part of Marshall County with what authorities called injuries consistent with a crime.

Marshall County Chief deputy Kevin Cecil says the autopsy report is not complete yet, and the medical examiner's office has all photos and evidence needed.

Cecil says all potential witnesses have been interviewed and all their stories are consistant.

Mcgill is currently being held in the northern regional jail on felony domestic violence charges.

Mcgill allegedly assaulted a witness and family member related to the crime.

He is being held on 250-thousand dollars bond.

The case will go directly before a grand jury if charges are filed.
