Rosemont Manor SOLD!

Weirton, WV - Only 7 News cameras were there when Chase Bank opened the bid at $181,326.07. Williams Country Club and one other bidder, David Schaffer went head to head until Schaffer gave up at $225-thousand dollars.

The President of the Country Club told 7 News in an interview that crews will take a close look at the Manor and determine how much work is needed.

Officials would not say yet what plans they have for the old mansion once owned by E.T.Weir.

When 7 News Cameras showed up at the Manor today we were told by the General Manager to leave the property.
