Tipline Credited in Wheeling Bar Robbery Arrest
WHEELING - The man Wheeling police believe robbed the Knotty Pines bar in Elm Grove last week is now facing charges.
Wheeling police arrested William Gramlich, 52, of Wheeling. and charged him with petit larceny.
Gramlich is accused of walking behind the counter at the bar and taking an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was caught on surveillance video and police detectives say a tip from WTRF's Crimefighters Tipline led to it..
