Ohio Highway Patrol Officer Under Investigation
Two agencies are investigating.

ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Belmont County Sheriff Fred Thompson said his department is investigating the alleged incident, while the Ohio Highway Patrol is also handling part of this investigation.
The alleged incident happened sometime within the past three months, and it allegedly occurred on Barton Road in Belmont County.
Thompson said the lieutenant is still on the job and has not been charged.
Thompson said the lieutenant could be exonerated.
