(CANVAS STAFF REPORTS) - It was a call of the wild when actress Betty White appeared on "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno this week.
According to The New York Daily News , things got a little feral when Leno walked into White's dressing room unannounced in an opening skit, when she peeked out of the shower, and said: "It's okay Jay, I'm not shy."
And Hugh Jackman popped his head out of the other side of the shower curtain, and replied: "Neither am I, can you pass me that loofah?"
Entertainment Weekly reports that the 88-year-old comedienne joked about the nude scene with Leno.
"It's a dirty job," she said. "But somebody's gotta do it."
The former "Golden Girls" star also shared her thoughts on why she thought her pal Elton John invited her to his Oscars party.
She told Leno she thought John extended the invitation so they could chat about their common love for animals – and mentioned her beloved golden retriever, Pontiac.
Saucy White said one of the highlights of the Academy Awards this year was when "Meryl Streep gave Sandy Bullock a pat on the fanny when she went up to get her Oscar – pure class."
And according to Movieline.com , it looks like things will just keep heating up for the TV star who just landed a regular starring role, alongside Valerie Bertinelli, on the new sitcom "Hot In Cleveland" in June.
White will also appear on "Saturday Night Live" for the first time, as a host on the May 8 Mother's Day special, after almost 502,000 supporters on a Facebook page suggested it.
"It kept building and building and building, and the next thing you know, Lorne Michaels is asking me to do 'Saturday Night Live,' " she told Leno.
